We offer everything from Yoga and Spinning classes to Kick-boxing. There's a Cardio Dance class, a Step class, a Body-sculpting class, and special classes for senior citizens are available.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Body Sculpting: (60 minutes) - Class includes bodysculpting with weights, bands and balls. Seniors welcome!

Bootcamp: (60 minutes) - Functional fitness and strength training.

Boxing: (60 minutes) - Boxing, kickboxing and power moves incorporated into a metabolism-raising, intense workout.

Cardio Dance : (60 minutes) - Freestyle aerobics great for all levels - what you put into it is what you get out of it!

Cardio Intervals : (60 minutes) - Cardiovascular excercise designed to burn fat and build lean muscle.

Seniors: (60 minutes) A workout specially designed for the Senior exerciser.

Spinning: (60 minutes) An aerobic exercise using specially designed stationary bicycles.

Turbo-Kick: (60 minutes) A combination of kick-boxing moves, as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.

Zumba: (60 minutes) Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness.

Yoga Classes*

Iyengar Yoga: (75 minutes) - Iyengar Yoga focuses on the structural alignment of the body through the development of specific postures. Created by K. K. S. Iyengar, considered one of the foremost yoga teachers in the world, this form of yoga emphasizes the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance.

Iyengar Yoga is known for its use of props such as belts, cushions and blocks to help beginners, or anyone with physical limitations, experience each posture more easily and fully than might otherwise be possible. Iyengar Yoga is known to relieve stress which in turn can help promote total physical and spiritual well being.
