Kids'
Yoga
Kids' Yoga teaches
children and teens how to balance, focus, listen to their
bodies and self-regulate their behavior. In addition,
kids learn to honor what they can and cannot do, bringing
awareness and respect to themselves and others. Kids of
all ages will thrive in a non-competitive, non-judgemental
environment of complete acceptance.
Kids & Pre-Teen
Classes have a playful, theme-based atmosphere
which includes yoga poses and learning to bring their
attention to breathing. Music, games, and relaxation time
are also included. Age 5-8 years: Saturdays
10:00 - 10:45 am., Age 9-12 years: Saturdays
11:00 - 11:45 am.
Teen Classes
incorporate a sense of fun as they focus on yoga
poses, breathing, mindfulness, discussion and relaxation.
This is a "flow class", with Sun Salutations,
that moves progressively into more advanced poses over
time. Age 13-17 years: Tuesdays 6:00
- 7:00 pm.
